INFORMATION ON USING MRCS

1. The use of MRCS is very simple! No membership fees are required, nor are any forms. After filling out your MRCs, bundle them together, along with the processing fee, and send them to MRCS. MRCS will take your cards and combine them with others for the individual mobile stations. Packages of MRCs and QSLs are mailed to the mobile, who will verify your QSO, sign your MRC and return the package to MRCS. We then resort the MRCs and send the signed cards back to you.

2. Contacts must be with mobile/fixed stations active on the county hunting nets, or in county hunting contests.

3. MRC/QSL sizes: Minimum size for cards to be processed by MRCS is 3 x 5 inches. Maximum processing size for U.S. Stations is 3 1/2 x 6 inches. DX first contact cards, only, are acceptable up to 4 1/4 x 6 inches.

4. Processing fees: All MRC's and/or QSL cards, .45 cents each for mobiles in the MARAC database. The cost for cards for other mobiles is .90 cents. DX stations will pay the return postage for return postage for signed cards.

5. Payment can be made in cash, check, unused US postage stamps or money orders. DX remittance must be payable in U.S. funds.

6. MRCS will mail cards once a month.
