INFORMATION ON USING
MRCS

1. |
The
use of MRCS is very simple! No membership fees are required nor are any
forms. After filling out your MRC's, bundle them together, along with the
processing fee, and send them to MRCS. MRCS will take your cards and
combine them with others for the individual mobile stations. Packages of
MRC's and QSL's are mailed to the mobile, who will verify your QSO, sign
your MRC and return the packages to MRCS. We then resort the MRC's and send
the signed cards back to you. |

MRC/QSL sizes: Minimum size for cards to be processed by MRCS is 3 X 5
inches. Maximum processing size for U.S. stations in 3 X 1/2 X 6 inches.
DX first contact, only, are acceptable up to 4 1/4 X 6 inches. |

Please face all cards the same way to aid in the sorting process. Please
DO NOT tape, staple for clip cards together. |

Processing fees: All MRC's
and/or QSL cards are 37 cents each. DX stations will
pay the return postage for signed cards. |

5. |
Payment can be made in cash, check, unused U.S. stamps or money orders. DX
remittance must be payable in U.S. funds. |

MRCS will mail cards once a
month. |
